  • TODAY R-20’S will be meeting from 1-3ish at the LejaMeyers, 8819 N Bruce Rd. The main entree will be provided. Please bring salad, fruit, dessert, or drinks to share. Questions? Contact Stephanie James at 509-220-2238.

  • Fall Festival is right around the corner Oct. 28th. And we can still use help. Here are ways to volunteer:

    - Trunk and Treat (still need 20 cars)

    - chili or food for the cook off

    - and Candy for the Candy drive

This Week:

  • Nursery workers are very much needed for Tuesday Morning Women’s Bible study. Approximately 2 hrs/wk on Tuesday mornings through May. This is a paid position. Contact Lisa Branham 509-220-3372

  • The nursery is in need of workers (ages 12 and up) willing to work in the nursery once a month. Please contact Alia McIntire if you are able to help. markandaliamcintire@yahoo.com or (612) 865-5086.

  • Children's Church is looking for new teachers and helpers! It's a monthly commitment 15 minutes before service and during the sermon. Please contact Bethany Hyndman at 404.422.7986 or jsandbdh@hotmail.comfor more info.
  • Was the Protestant Reformation a good idea? Is it still? On this 500th year anniversary of the Reformation, Dr. Josh Malone will give a free lecture addressing these questions on Thursday, Oct 19, entitled, "The Trinitarian Shape of the Five Solas" at Moody-Spokane - Fourth Memorial's Uhden Chapel, 611 E. Indiana Ave. Spokane, WA, 99207. The lecture is from 7:00-8.30pm which includes a panel discussion with other profs and audience Q&A.

  • Adult Sunday School for October 22 will be “Baptism in the Church II” taught by Josh Malone.


THIS Month:

  • Ladies, you are invited to a baby shower for Melissa Lilly and Katie Hawley on October 22 at 2 pm at the home of Alia McIntire (423 E Ballard Rd, Colbert).   • R-20’s will be officially held every 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, unless otherwise announced! The gathering place will change week by week, so keep an eye on the bulletin and your email for updates.
