Permission & Release Statements

Permission to Attend: I give consent for my child(ren) to attend this youth event (CAM Week) sponsored by Christ the Redeemer Church on July 13-18, 2025, which will be held at Christ the Redeemer Church and at various locations around the Spokane area.

Medical Release: In the event that my child(ren) is injured while under the care of Christ the Redeemer Church and its representatives and requires the attention of a doctor, I hereby consent to and will be responsible for any reasonable medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician.

I further agree to hold the licensed physician, the medical facility, Christ the Redeemer Church and its representatives free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suites for damages arising from the authorization and provision of such medical treatment.

I understand the nature of the events and do hereby release Christ the Redeemer Church and its representatives from any liability due to accident or injury incurred by my child.
